Refund policy

To begin a return, please contact us at tayzegroup@outlook.com.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We understand you may wish to try a fragrance before committing — however, we are unable to accept bottles that have been used beyond a few sprays or outside of our 14-day window. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.

Where a refund is approved, we will refund the full product cost per bottle, minus £3.50 to cover the original shipping.

Please note that items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund. If the set is incomplete, we can offer an exchange only. For further assistance, our team is on hand at tayzegroup@outlook.com.
